Greg, I somehow missed most of the postings you mentioned just now. were
they mostly on the Alpine list? I don't subscribe to that one, so maybe
that is why I missed out on the well meaning but poorly thought-out jabs =at
China. It would seem that sloppy thinking and covert racism are systemic,
and all too rampant in horticultural circles as well. I think we sometime=s
forget that the value of diversity extends beyond seed lists, and that
appearances may not tell all we need to know. At any rate, thanks for
setting the record straight. I hope this shifts folks back to nurturing o=ur
vanishing plantlife in whatever way they do best.
