The listings in TROPICOS are as follows:

for A. Angustatum

Arisaema angustatum v. peninsulae

PLANT NAME: Arisaema angustatum var. peninsulae (Nakai) Nakai
TROPICOS #: 0023-06355

and for A. peninsulae

Arisaema peninsulae

PLANT NAME: Arisaema peninsulae Nakai
TROPICOS #: 0023-01664

Arisaema peninsulae forma convolutum

PLANT NAME: Arisaema peninsulae f. convolutum (Nakai) Y. Kim & S. Ko
TROPICOS #: 0023-06294

Note that Vasak & E. Egorova only appear in the alba form of A.
peninsulae.

This agrees with MOBOTs Arisaema list as well.

In the latest revision of Japanese species nearly everything, it seems,
was reduced to A. serratum.
Thus the listing in our species list. There are lumpers and there are
splitters. Apparently Ohashi and Murata (1980),and later Serzawa were
lumpers.

Search the species list for A. serratum and you will see all the species
names that were reduced in the revisions of Owhi

I'm a splitter and it was hard for me to go with all this revision.
However, I must admit that the genus nomenclature is cluttered enough and
generally a mess.
