I cultivate A.fargesii since years outside and in posts. In the garden th=ey=B4re
30 cm deep in the soil and the leaves/flowers appear in July. Our lowest
temperatures are about -18 C, i cover the bed with 20 cm old leaves, we h=ave no
snow !. The potted tubers are between october and april in a dry and fros=t-free
place in their old soil an will be potted in new between april 10. and 20=. The
flowers appear usually 6 weeks later. Young tubers will have a normal und=ivided
leave till they=B4re 3 or 4 years old, from then they become three-lobed=and are
usually larger than candidissimums=B4.
