After my investigation into the franchetianum business (see longer
message), I think:

that the upper one of these two photos (the one with the two inflors) wou=ld
qualify as franchetianum in the sense of having a long caudate spathe tip
and as such conforming to "purpureogaleatum", although the spathe isn't a=s
"galeate" as one would expect. maybe a matter of immaturity. The other
inflor on this page could be fargesii but we need internal structures.

As I said in my previous mail, I too think that 101303a1 may be
franchetianum, as it seems to represent the "purpureogaleatum" aspect to
the full.
