Jamie,

Your plant has Arisaema rust. There is a long thread in the Arisaema-L
archives about it
but the key points are:

0. It's called Arisaema Rust -the name of the organism is known but I
forget what it is.
There may be an alternate host, but we don't know what it is.

1. It is contagious.

2, It is incurable.

3. The best treatment seems to be to cut the foliage of the infected
plant off completely and
destroy it, destroy the old soil, clean the tuber, replant and let
the tuber regenerate.

4. Not all Arisaema seem to be afflicted, but A. triphyllum seems to be
very susceptible.

If it were me, I'd trash the offender. A. triphyllum is relatively easy
to replace and there
are lots of clones completely free of the rust. It will be more difficult
if your other
species become infected. Get your replacement plant from a region that's
free
of the rust.
