We AEGers have much to be thankful for:

I'm particularly thankful for Eric Gouda who runs Arisaema-L for us; for
Craig Stubbs, who
runs the AEG Seedex, to Roy Herold, who runs the Arisaema Web Page; and
to
Greg Ruckert, who publishes the Araceae Journal for non-E-mail members.

Thanks too, to Eric, Greg, and Paul Christian for putting up superb
Arisaema pages on the web.
Eric's identification page is really great.

Some of you have published papers on Arisaema this year. As you know,
Arisaema literature
is scarce, so these papers are very welcome. In particular, we have all
learned much from
Guy Gusman's wonderful descriptions of Arisaema species.

Thanks to all of you who have donated seed for the AEG Seedex. We all
appreciate it very much.

Merry Christmas and a happy New Year. May all your Arisaema grow and
bloom in 1999.
