Well, here is the lastest message I got from the people working on it at the
moment:

"In our tests with IE 4 on Windows 95, 98 and NT, the virus always caused an
error message when loaded over internet. If the HTML file was opened
locally it spread without any error messages and warnings, and once this
had been done it executed when an infected page was loaded over the
internet as well."

Those using Netscape are safe (for the moment at least), and most AV programs
(including ours) should be updated to handle this threat. However, I am
pretty sure Microsoft will continue to introduce new loopholes that future
versions of this virus can exploit.
