Subject: Re: gibberellins

Marc,

Deno's Supplements go into the use of gibberellins for seed germination
in some detail. He
shows that GA-3 is the most effective gibberellin except for Sanguinaria
which requires GA-7.

There's also a comparison between GA-3 and Pro-Gibb, an impure but often
locally available
material. There is also Camellia Gibb, a Security product sold in garden
centers but un-tested.
It's 1.5% of some gibberellin and 98.5% inerts.

For a source for the good stuff try, Research Organics, Inc., 4353 E.
49th. St.,
Cleveland, OH 44125, 1-800-321-0570 They are also a good source for NAA,
etc.
It's been a while, so I hope they haven't moved.
