Keith,

Just hold off on fertilizer especially Osmocote. Otherwise, keep them
growing as long as you can with reasonable moisture, light, temperature,
etc.

Then if you want to force them, see the Arisaema-L archives for Craig's
technique. In fact, checking the archives would be a good idea for anyone
wanting to learn about Arisaema culture.
