Hi Roy,

I don't think they would be able to maintain the needed amount of moisture
at this point, if sent to the seed exchange.  Large seed companies, such as
Ball Seed , sell pre-germinated seed to wholesale growers. The radical has
emerged in this seed and the shelf life of the seed is very short. Your seed
sounds something like pre-germinated seed.  I would plant them now or send
them to others so they can finish the germinating process without delay.
