I don't know if Arisaema flavum will be hardy for you in Iceland, but I
wouldn't give up on them just yet. Here in Delaware (Zone 7a) they aren't up,
and are usually the last to appear, often late June.
Also, the A. sikokianum may reappear next year. They are pretty winter hardy,
but like many of the Japanese species, often appear so early that they are
injured by spring frosts, and need protection, if you are forewarned about
such events.
I'd assume that Craig Stubbs or one of the other Canadian arisaema nuts can
give you a pretty good idea of what should be hardy for you.
