Plant blooming

Hi:

I just sent in a note yesterday asking how soon I could expect my first
bloom.  Didn't even recognize one when I saw it.  I have my first plant
blooming--purple colored hood.  Can't remember exactly which one this is.
It is small but I don't know how big to expect them to get.

Need advice:  I planted all the tubers in the same 8" pot.  Should I
transplant them to separate pots?  If so, when and what size?

I didn't have any confidence I would actually succeed.  Must have done
things exactly write.  Thanks for listening to my excitement.  My 15 year
old son thinks I'm wacking for being excited over some "dumb" plant.
