Jim -I've started writing the names on the pots as of now.

I now use baskets (as for marginals / pond plants) for sowing all the
Arisaema and Trillium seed, they have a little slit in the rim throught
which you can slide and bedna and Aluminium label.

You can lift the enitre basket including the compost, by this label - i.e.
it doesn't come out. The Blackbirds go spare, they mange the Aluminium a bit
but nothing else.

Works a treat for me.
